This website is set up to help Brian with his medical expenses by asking for donations from friends and family. He has had one surgery already and the second in scheduled for April, 21 2011.
These operations are meant to keep him mobile so he can continue his life with as much normalcy as possible. After recovery he should be able to resume his work at Woodward Governor and continue to judge his beloved Shelties at dog shows.
Brian has done it all as expected. He has good health insurance and has spent the last 32 years with Woodward. But, that is still not enough. With the multiple surgeries and associated medical expenses his out of pocket cost will exceed $12,000 for just this year.
